Our Tabernacle Bus Trip lunch at Shade Maple Smorgasbord includes these Pennsylvania Dutch dishes:

Lancaster County fried chicken, breaded Icelandic cod, roast pork & sauerkraut, and ham.  Side choices of assorted hot vegetables include dried corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, and brown buttered noodles.  As if that were not enough, the spread includes two hot soups, a salad bar, and a dessert bar featuring cheesecakes, fresh baked cakes & pies, homemade puddings, and ice cream.
